Sophie discusses how she helps women break out of places they want to be freed from. A lot of women feel trapped in their own bodies from the expectations certain roles have on us. She loves to help women experience pleasure in their daily life through connecting with their bodies, what gives them pleasure and by celebrating all of who they are--alone by themselves and other women doing the same in safe spaces. Sophie discusses the difference between Goals and Desires through the lens of our masculine and feminine traits, which we all have.
