Forgiving the little things that cause negative emotional reactions in us, including ourselves.Forgive is selfish. It is for you to unlock the chains that hold you back, keep you stuck, and make you sick. Start by making a list of people or things you need to forgive and ranking them from 1-10, with 10 being the unforgiveable. Start with the ones. Start forgiving and releasing the negative energy from it. The goal of forgiveness is neutrality. To have no emotional response to the person's name, face, or an object or event.
