Our brain is an extraordinary tool. It has built-in tendencies that, when understood and used wisely, can be leveraged to improve our behavior and help us achieve the things we truly desire. We often already know what to do; it’s the doing part that trips us up. In fact, one of our brain’s fundamental functions is to help us avoid pain, which keeps us alive. However, it’s also wired to think of the worst-case scenario when we ask ourselves, "What if?"
In this episode, I’m going to take a closer look at these natural tendencies and explore how we can use them to our advantage, especially when it comes to exercise, eating well, finances, and relationships.

Have you ever wondered why you act the way you do? Do you want your kids to behave better? Do you have a behavior you wish to change? Dr. Pamela Stoodley has asked these questions and more then sought out to find the answers.
In this episode, Pamela shares her journey from traditional medicine to psychology to nutrition in search of why. This led her to studying adults and children.
Listen in as she talks about how children learn and two ways parents can help improve the relationship with their children.
Dr. Pamela also discusses the importance of the mind-body connection with overall health. The gut is the 2nd brain that is a key factor in our overall health. What we feed our guts affects our structural brain development. This can make it difficult to change behaviors, especially cravings and addictions.
Pamela states the first step to change is awareness of what you are doing and thinking. Then make one small change for 60 seconds a day for a month.

Last week Brendon Burchard did a training on New Year's Day that included what he considers 4 Life Stages.
1) Mimicry & Belonging--Mimicry is copying or imitating. Belonging is connection and love.
2) Rebellion & Independence--Rebellion is resistance. Independence is not being influenced by others.
3) Rhythm & Hustle--Rhythm is routine, rituals or habits. Hustle is being busy, working quickly, or feeling like you are behind.
4) Renewal & Leadership--Renewal is reinvention or resetting. Leadership refers to both self and social leadership.
These 4 Life Stages are not sequential but rather are concepts or ideas of how people learn, interact and could describe various times in people's lives.
In this episode, I will define and give examples of these 4 Life Stages.
I want you to think about these stages and ask yourself some questions.
Where can you see yourself in these stages?
What examples from your own life can be related to these stages?
Are there some stages that you want to be in more? How about less?
What is one thing you need to do to be fully present in the stage of life you want to be in right now?
We all cycle in and out of Brendon’s 4 stages of life: mimicry & belonging, Rebellion and Independence, Rhythm and Hustle, Renewal and Leadership. All are necessary and are not all bad for us. All these stages teach us something.
Life is full of stages and choices. I hope you choose to be more fully present and intentional in whatever stage you are in to experience life to its fullest.

Exchanging Gifts
The Evergreen Tree

Our lives are a series of lessons and experiences that have shaped us into who we are. But what if we are not living and being our authentic selves? As an intuitive and empath, Tami Goulet experienced life differently than most others. She shares her story on how she was able to stop conforming to others expectations and societal roles to embrace who she really is and who she is meant to be to live a freeing life that is authentically hers. Now she helps other women do the same.
Through her business, Speak Your Soul Magicks, and her signature offerings—the C.I.R.C.L.E. Method and Biz Fairy Godmother Program—Tami blends practical strategies with intuitive insights to help clients create sustainable, meaningful, lasting transformation without drastic life changes.
In this episode, Tami shares the hard truth that we teach people how to treat us. If we have done that, we can retrain them, although it is not easy, it is possible!
Tami shares these gems:
1. You have survived 100% of your bad days so far.
2. Inside every trauma is a miracle waiting to be discovered.
3. If you want others to accept you for who you are and where you are in life and on your path, you must first accept them as they are and the life they are living and choosing to live.
4. You are exactly where you are supposed to be. Give yourself patience, grace and ease and have faith.
