What can you do to spring clean your body?
  • Be aware of what you are eating, drinking and doing to fuel and move your body.
  • Eliminate food-like substances.
  • Eat foods with one ingredient–whole fruits and vegetables, lean protein.
  • Drink more water.
  • Move your body.

Just as Spring Cleaning your environment and mind are very beneficial to your overall physical and emotional well-being, so is spring cleaning your body.
