’Doing Your Best’ vs. ’Being the Best’

'Being the Best' often means striving for perfection, not having any weaknesses, being perfect and strong in mind and body. But perfection can also weigh us down, be elusive and stress us out by being in competition with others.

When you are 'Doing Your Best' you are only competing with yourself, striving to get 1% better each day. (Go back and watch my video on "1% Better"). But it doesn't mean you will always be successful. You will fail. Take failure in stride, ask for help, take risks, and remain optimistic.

There is a big difference between "Being the Best" and "Doing Your Best". What differences do you see in yourself? Your body? Mind? Spirit?
