10 Mindful Minutes with Terri Hamilton

In this episode, Terri shares how mindfulness, gratitude, changing one's perspective and thoughts can help people respond intentionally to the world around them. Through simple mindfulness techniques and strategies, which Terri shares, individuals can become more aware, more mindful and can change their neural pathways to produce more feel-good hormones, more dopamine and serotonin.

When we feel good, we respond more positively which creates ripple effects of goodness and kindness to all we meet. It is a simple choice each of us can make, many times a day. And for Terri, it all starts by stating 3 things she is grateful for before getting out of bed in the morning.
